Wedding Photography

EDITORIAL PHOTOGRAPHER
Hi!

Hi! I’m julie

I capture and create photographs that tell your story. I don’t make your guests hang about for hours while the pictures are being taken.  I prefer you to mix with your family and friends, working quickly, quietly and efficiently. I am more than happy to photograph your family photos, basically whatever you want from your wedding photographer.  I am also on hand to help with button-holes, corsages, bags and items that have to go to the church/venue. I can also carry your little bag of touch-up makeup or anything else you will need to hand especially tissues!

A Wedding Photographer and I have photographed weddings and special moments of people’s lives for over twenty years.  My ‘style’ of photography is a no-fuss, calm, relaxed and I like nothing better than just blending in with the guests, capturing the emotion, laughter and the incredible excitement that a wedding brings.

Julie was absolutely professional, from initial meeting to the wedding day. Everything was perfect and we’re so pleased with how the final photos turned out, they were of high quality and a good mix of candid and group photos.

My wife and I were very impressed, can’t recommend highly enough!

It brought a tear to my eye to see such beautiful pictures of my daughter and new son-in-law.  Thank you so much for helping to make Alex and Richard’s day so special and magical.  Xx

wedding Superstitions

Something old,
Something new,
Something borrowed;
Something blue!

Weddings have been built around superstition especially the white wedding dress, which signifies purity, something old relates to the life the bride is leaving behind, and something new is the life she will live as a married woman. Something borrowed should be something that is from someone who has had a long and happy married life. Something blue is meant to symbolise fidelity, purity and love.

“Our photographs are just stunning!  So much so that it was impossible to choose between them. We love them ALL.  Everyone at our wedding and since has commented not only on the photographs themselves but also how lovely it was to have a photographer who was discrete and got the best from people.  A really special memory of a fantastic day.”  Ellie & James (Prestwold Hall)
